Redbud Gifts online store for Local Goods and Experiences
I am excited to announce the launch of a new online store, Redbud Gifts. Not only am I thrilled to be a featured vendor on the store (you can see my online profile here) But I am also proud to say that the lovely logo and website header are my designs. Kate Bennis, the genius behind Redbud Gifts emailed me one day after seeing some of my work and after a few meetings this lovely design was born. Kate has taken the logo and run with it placing the design on T-shirts, tote bags, stickers and at the opening party, the logo was even on some delicious cookies!
Redbud Gifts is an online gift store for local goods and experiences. Everything sold on the web site originates within 100 miles of Charlottesville, Virginia.
“We choose our Vendors to fit within Redbud Gifts’ aesthetic vision and high quality. Because we have chosen carefully, our customers are presented with exceptional, beautiful, useful, and delicious gift choices.” Kate Bennis
Redbud Gifts features hand-made goods such as jewelry, ceramics, baked goods and toys crafted by local artisans. The site also offers experiences such as dinner delivery, massage, language and music classes. There is a “Big Gift” category featuring gifts of over 1,000.00 for purchase by an individual or a group. “Big Gifts” includes filmmaking, party bands, organic local catered parties, and backyard structures like gazebos and chicken coops. Redbud Gifts also provides a way to give donations as gifts. All items and packages on the site are exclusive to Redbud Gifts.
Here are a few things that make Redbud Gifts interesting:
• Local, yet online
• Goods, Experiences, and Charitable Giving
• Curated site with only 100 vendors offering 3 exclusive items or packages each Big Gifts, which one can purchase individually or as a group
• Flexible and Creative Lists: Create a List or Registry for yourself, like “Our Family Holiday Wish List,” or “Kate’s Birthday Wish List,” You can also create Lists for others like, “Get Well Soon, Jamie,” or “Mr. Spencer’s 3rd Grade End-Of-Year Gift,” or “Welcome to this World, Baby Lulu!”
So what are you waiting for? You can check it all out here!
